Join me on my journey...

I have been on this crazy, cool journey of a life. â€‹I was fortunate to have parents that taught me about my race. My father bought me books about Black Americans who had helped their communities and country in furthering the progression of the Black race.

This respect and pride I gained as a child about my race followed me as an adult and led me to research my ancestral home - Africa.  I knew nothing of the continent and so I began reading about the country of Zimbabwe. That was over ten years ago. Now, 54 countries later, I want to bring what I have learned to others.

As a Black American, I don't know where I came from, all I know is the continent where my ancestors lived and breathed. So, I learned and read and researched. Join me in my journey to bridge the gap between the United States African diaspora and Africa.
